TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT
LONDON BOOK FAIR 2013 MARKET FOCUS COUNTRY
FROM THE MINISTRY OF CULTURE AND TOURISM OF THE REPUBLIC OF TURKEY
Tender proposals are being sought by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in order to obtain the services for Turkey`s attendee to the London Book Fair in conjunction with the Tender Documentation. The successful company or the consortium will be responsible for the following services;
- Design and construction of the national stand (485 m2)
- Accommodation services (350 nights)
- Event catering
- Transportation
- Translation services
- Other Service (listed in the tender document)
Tender proposals duly prepared must be sent as a package to the following address no later than 09:45 am, on 7 January 2013.
